Job Summary

Position: GCP Engineer

Location: Hartford CT (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Unable to provide sponsorship for this role (Need Visa Independent Candidates)

Required

At least 5 years of Information Technology experience
Proficiency in Python is highly desirable.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Strong knowledge of ETL tools and processes.
Expertise in GCP services (BigQuery Cloud Storage Dataflow Dataproc Cloud Composer)
Strong communication and Analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Have at least 5 years of experience in Google Cloud platform (especially BigQuery & DataFlow)
Experience with Python and Google Cloud SDK & API Scripting
GCP certifications (e.g. Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer) considered a plus.
Capable of designing scalable and efficient data pipelines to extract transform and load data from various sources into BQ
Strong hands-on experience on Python.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent Communication collaboration and presentation skills
