Position Title: Lead Developer Computer Programmer 3

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time
Minimum Clearance Required: Top Secret

Position Overview:
Analyze and design business applications develop computer software test/debug/refine programs support operators prepare documentation and lead efforts to improve software efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze applications/design specs create diagrams and develop software

Test and debug software products

Resolve basic operating problems

Prepare documentation and instructions for operators

Enhance software for efficiency

Lead and organize WebFOCUS projects and support GUI/text editor platforms

Required Qualifications:

BS in Computer Science (or equivalent)

Eight (8) years programming experience (Java SQL JavaScript); five (5) years WebFOCUS; three (3) years ESRI/geo mapping

Five (5) years Business Intelligence; three (3) years GIS solutions

Strong knowledge of system integration (GIS BI) reporting formats ETL process

Experience with SQL Oracle PL/SQL modern web design HTML CSS JavaScript Perl XML/JSON/YAML

TS security clearance
