Compensation
Up to $350000 max total compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated (amount reflects combined cash and equity components).
What Youll Do
- Develop and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications
- Write clean maintainable code following best practices
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries (PostgreSQL MySQL)
- Implement RESTful APIs and background job processing (Sidekiq Active Job)
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate APIs and enhance UX
- Ensure application security performance and scalability
- Participate in code reviews mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
