The Role
As Sales Manager Norway you will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team driving growth coaching talent and executing strategic initiatives. Youll play a key role in shaping the local implementation of Nordic strategies while ensuring your team delivers on ambitious targets.
What Youll Do
- Lead coach and motivate the Norwegian sales team creating a culture of collaboration accountability and excellence.
- Set ambitious targets and allocate budgets for Area Managers to optimize sales performance.
- Analyse market trends competitor activity and sales results to identify growth opportunities and actionable insights.
- Implement and continuously improve ALKs sales model and national tactical plans.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Nordic and global teams ensuring alignment and best practices.
- Support innovation projects and develop team skills through ongoing coaching and training.
- Ensure full compliance with ethical standards regulations and company SOPs.
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with proven sales leadership.
- Strong business acumen and experience in planning coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Digital proficiencyCRM systems sales data tools and multichannel selling experience.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills in both English and Norwegian.
- Business degree (. preferred) and valid driving license.
