Job Title:Sales Engineer Technical Support (HVAC Solutions)

Location:Oslo Norway (with national travel as required)

Reports To:Nordic HVAC Solutions Sales Manager

Overall Job Purpose:

The Sales Engineer Technical Support will provide expert technical assistance to customers and partners ensuring optimal performance of LGs HVAC solutions (heat pumps system air conditioning and chillers). This role bridges sales and support resolving technical challenges enhancing customer satisfaction and driving product adoption through hands-on expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Troubleshooting & Support:

• Address complex technical inquiries from customers and partners offering solutions for system design installation and performance issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to diagnose and resolve field challenges.

1. Product Demonstrations & Training:

• Conduct product demonstrations workshops and training sessions to educate customers and partners on LGs HVAC solutions.
• Support product launches by providing technical insights and ensuring smooth onboarding.

1. Customer Success & Retention:

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to key accounts ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Document recurring issues and feedback to improve product and service offerings.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with sales marketing and logistics teams to align technical support with business goals.
• Share market insights and customer pain points to inform product development.

Person Specification:

• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years in HVAC heat pumps or related technical roles with a focus on troubleshooting and support.
• Background in sales or customer-facing technical roles is a plus.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Deep technical knowledge of HVAC systems including heat pumps and chillers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for documentation and reporting.
