Your responsibilities
As a project manager you will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing projects from start to finish in close dialogue with customers partners and your project team. You will be a key driver in ensuring that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the agreed quality standards while also building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Your main tasks will include:
- Leading the project team and motivating collaboration toward common goals
- Planning and managing technical design production and installation
- Monitoring project finances contracts quality and risk management
- Participating in construction meetings and technical discussions to secure optimal solutions
- Maintaining professional cooperation with the projects various stakeholders

Who are we looking for
We are seeking an experienced project manager with a technical background and 58 years of solid experience from consultancy or construction projectspreferably within water/wastewater treatment aquaculture or large-scale infrastructure projects. You have a systematic and holistic approach able to combine structure and attention to detail with strong financial insight.
You are accustomed to assessing commercial risks negotiating contracts and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. As a leader you motivate your project team and ensure progress quality and results.
We imagine that you have:
- A degree in process or mechanical engineering (bachelor or master)
- Experience managing complex projects
- Strong collaboration and negotiation skills as well as a professional understanding of contracts
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English
