About the Opportunity
Were looking for Warehouse Supervisors to join our Truganina VIC this leadership role youll ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently while fostering a safe high-performing team culture.
In this Role
- Drive warehouse performance to meet operational standards
- Lead and manage team performance through training coaching and regular reviews
- Identify and coordinate training needs for team members
- Minimise shrinkage and ullage across operations
- Achieve business and personal KPIs aligned with the Target Plan
- Ensure compliance with OH&S HR HACCP COR and other company standards
- Deliver high levels of customer service and ensure DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time)
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight activities
Youre Likely a Match If
- Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG or a similar logistics role
- Strong competencies in warehouse systems material handling and transport
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance
- Knowledge of HACCP OH&S and other statutory regulations
- A strong safety-first mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- A customer-focused approach to service delivery
