Job Description Summary
TheEmployer Brand Specialist supports the promotion of Viegas Employee Value Proposition (EVP) byassisting in the development of employer brand strategy and execution of recruitment marketinginitiatives and campaigns. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to help strengthen Viegasposition as an employer of choice. Role responsibilities include developing engaging content creatingcampaigns tracking results and supporting employees in serving as brand ambassadors.
What Youll Do:
Responsibilities
- Helps strengthen the employer brand by communicating the Employee Value Proposition toattract and retain talent and position the organization as a top employer in the market.
- Develops recruitment marketing strategies and creates plans to promote the employer brand andattract candidates through engaging and compelling content (videos ads graphics etc.).
- Collaborates with the business internal communications and social media to identify and shareemployee stories videos and blogs to showcase Viegas company culture and capture employeeexperiences.
- Supports the companys online career presence optimizes job postings and collaborates withtalent acquisition social media and workforce development teams to develop effectivecampaigns and share content on various platforms.
- Partners closely with the talent acquisition team to identify areas of focus support recruitment initiatives develop resources and toolkits and create strong talent pipelines for the organization.
- Supports corporate partnerships strategic community initiatives and company involvement incareer events activities and conferences.
- In partnership with marketing helps equip employees with tools and messaging to share theirexperiences encouraging them to be active participants in promoting the company culture andbrand narrative.
- Measure the effectiveness of campaigns adjust strategies based on data and recruitment metricsand identify opportunities for improvement that impact talent attraction and retention.
- Stays current with recruitment marketing and industry trends and competitor strategies to maintaina competitive advantage in attracting top talent.

- Occasional travel may be required.

- Proficient in the use of common office equipment and software including: computers printersMicrosoft Word Excel Outlook Teams PowerPoint

- Shows accuracy and careful attention to detail

- Exercises confidentiality and discretion in the handling of information and execution of duties
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency with social media platforms and branding tools
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies
- Experience using design tools such as Adobe Canva or similar
Education Certification/License & Work Experience
- Bachelors degree required preferably in Marketing Communications Human Resources orrelated field.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment marketing employer branding and/or brand managementrequired.
- Experience in human resources preferred.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Total Rewards Package:
Compensation
- Base: $71000 - $97000 annually based on specific compensable factors including but not limited to education work experience and geographic market.
- Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the companys performance and their own individual performance.
