About the Role

  • Supports the development and delivery of work plans manages the execution of administrative functions and communications designs/carries out essential data management practices and fosters a positive team culture to drive efficiency across administrative processes and operational routines.
  • Develops and communicates insights that guide data driven action and decision making.
  • Supports the management of vendor/customer selection contracts and performance to maximise operational and financial outcomes and mitigate BHPs exposure to risk.
  • Identifies engages and manages a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sources information plans and conducts analyses to support evidence based decision making.
  • Applies and evaluates change management tools methods data purpose value and strategic direction.
  • Applies an understanding of the business context BHP operating model and ways of working to enhance decision making productivity and value chain performance.
  • Engages the capabilities of the entire organisation.
  • Strives to achieve 100% safety 100% customer value and 0% waste.
  • Knows our customer and is obsessed with meeting their needs.

About You

  • Experienced executive assistant who has previously supported a senior executive ideally C-Suite with a proven ability to work autonomously proactively establish priorities and take responsibility for time sensitive deliverables.
  • Strong problem solving communication and organizational skills will be an asset - as will your attention to detail initiative and talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Advocate for leveraging digital technologies to enable collaboration and the simplification of tasks and possess strong knowledge of office suite systems.
  • Project management and budgeting skills
