Your Tasks
HR Manager
- As part of the BSS India leadership teamsact as a trusted advisor on the impact of people and organizational decisions.
- Also as part of local R&D leadership team youwill help steer strategic learning and development and a culture that is geared for innovations.
- You represent HR locally for BSS and R&D and ensure close partnership with the DC India colleagues and global HR colleagues &Centers of Expertise to translate global strategies into impactful local execution.
Talent & Leadership
- You proactively identify potential in employees and enable managers to do so as well.
- You actively develop local talents and fill strategic succession pipelines for BSS and R&D.
- You coach and advise leaders on leadership effectiveness succession planning and team development.
Performance Management
- You enable managers and employees to drive continuous performance management including regular follow-ups and high-quality conversations.
- You ensure the reward process is implemented and linked to performance.
Organizational Development Engagement & Culture
- You serve as a trusted advisor to shape the future of our local organization and culture.
- You support organizational design and change initiatives to drive scalability collaboration and innovation.
- You champion employee engagement and foster an inclusive learning-oriented culture across both BSS and R&D.
- You will help shape employee engagement in both the BSS and R&D teams and also drive the one Beiersdorf spirit.
Strategic Ground-Level Spokesperson
- You act as a sounding board to colleagues from the CoEs and global teams providing input on strategic initiatives as needed.
- You ensure that transformation initiatives and global projects are anchored effectively in the local context.
- You will steer and manage the R&D and BSS personnel budget in line with strategic business and succession needs
Moments that Matter
- Your main point of contact is the local leadership team.
- You are present in strategically high-impact situations: the moments that matter for employees and talents in India.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- You partner closely with People services to deliver the HR strategy.
- You build strong collaboration with BSS and R&D global leaders ensuring synergies in culture skills development and ways of working.
Your Profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree (or other relevant qualification/experience) with focus on HR or business-related fields.
- 8-12 yrs of strong HR experience with exposure to organizational development talent and transformation.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to act as a true business partner.
- Proactive hands-on and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Affinity for and understanding of digital trends and new ways of working.
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Thrives in an international environment while building strong local connections.
