Job Summary
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design planning delivery and operation of all AWS global other words were the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers storage networking power and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain and were looking for talented people who want to help.

The AWS Brick and Network Deployment (BaND) team is searching for a passionate and talented Program Manager. As a Program Manager you will collaborate and partner with business teams to define and solve problems that impact customers as well as identify predictors and causes of business-related problems to implement novel approaches related to forecasting and prediction. You will identify develop manage and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations.
Key job responsibilities
You will build relationships identify stakeholders and influence other teams across organizations and external teams while defining analytical approaches to uncover new insights and formulate recommendations that improve processes.

- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)
- 3 years of developing program strategies and plans diving execution and influencing senior stakeholders experience
- 3 years of leading large complex programs experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
