Job Description

This is a remote position.

Join our dynamic team at Nitex a leading company in the Apparel & Fashion industry as an Email/Chat Support this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through email and chat channels. Location: United States (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via email and chat
  • Assist customers with product information order status and returns
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • 1 years of experience in customer service or support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Apparel & Fashion industry preferred
