Position - Non-Voice Process Executive
Location - Chennai-Sholinganallur

Job Responsibilities

Overseeing non-voice customer support operations
Addressing customer inquiries through chat or email support (No Calling)
Working in rotational shifts primarily during the night

Requirements

Graduates any degree except Degree.
Proficiency in spoken and written English with proper punctuation and grammar.
Possession of original hard copies of all semester mark sheets and the degree certificate.

Salary: up to 18700 CTC per month

Required Skills:

BBA/BCOM/BFA/Any Finance Graduate are eligible. No BA/CA/BSC/PG and BE / BTECH Graduate is not Eligible Should be able to Speak & Write good English with proper punctuation & grammar. Must have original hardcopy of all Semester Marksheets and Degree Certificate
