Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Client Relationship & Project Coordinator to manage client interactions ensure seamless coordination and provide exceptional support for all project-related queries. The ideal candidate should have strong client management skills an aptitude for cross-selling and upselling and the ability to oversee end-to-end project execution while meeting deadlines effectively.

Requirements

Act as the primary point of contact for clients maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide support and resolve client queries related to ongoing projects in a timely and efficient manner.
Understand client needs and offer solutions including cross-selling and upselling services.
Proactively acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.
Monitor project progress coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Exhibit a keen interest in new initiatives and innovations within the industry/ project.
Maintain detailed client records and project reports using strong Excel skills.
Ensure end-to-end task management and timely execution of all assigned responsibilities.
Work collaboratively with different teams to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
