Job Summary

Our lovely Client near Redhill are looking for an experienced Room Leader to join their team based on a 40 hr working week covering 4 days on a rota basis offering a fantastic starting salary c32k depending on experience and with loads of great benefits including onsite parking and 30 days annual leave.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams

Can inspire energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements

Required Skills:
