About the day to day
Youll lead and inspire our Client Services team ensuring smooth operations and compliance while driving continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of Client Services professionals providing guidance support and regular feedback.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations ensuring accuracy efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Acting as a role model for our culture and values fostering collaboration and engagement.
- Identifying training needs and delivering tailored development plans.
- Conducting regular 1:1s performance reviews and career progression conversations.
- Supporting process improvements and initiatives that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with senior leaders and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

In addition to those core values as a Client Services Team Leader you should have:
- Proven experience in a line management role within Client Services or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Highly organised proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
Desirable:
- Experience in process improvement and change management.
- Knowledge of training delivery and talent development.
