What Youll Need
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS safeguarding and regulatory requirements
What Youll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery ensuring high-quality care and education
- Lead mentor and develop the nursery team to deliver outstanding early years practice
- Ensure compliance with EYFS Ofsted and safeguarding standards
- Create a fun nurturing environment where children learn through play
- Build positive relationships with families staff and external professionals
