The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing delivering and evaluating training programs that enhance employees skills performance and professional growth. The role focuses on technical functional and soft skills development ensuring training initiatives align with organizational goals and support career progression within the company.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads and HR.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on technical functional and soft skills.
- Develop training materials manuals e-learning content and knowledge resources.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback assessments and performance metrics.
- Track employee learning progress and maintain accurate training records.
- Implement blended learning methods (classroom e-learning workshops simulations).
- Collaborate with managers to design role-specific development paths.
- Stay updated with industry trends tools and best practices in L&D.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR Education Business or related field.
- 36 years of experience in Learning & Development corporate training or instructional design.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills both in-person and virtual.
- Proficiency in training tools (LMS MS Teams Zoom e-learning platforms).
- Ability to create structured training modules and assessments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- Certification in L&D Training & Facilitation Instructional Design or related areas (e.g. CPLP ISTD Train the Trainer).
- Experience in IT/tech sector training delivery.
- Knowledge of behavioral assessments psychometrics or coaching frameworks.
- Data-driven approach to measuring training effectiveness.
- Empathy and strong people orientation.
- Problem-solving and adaptability.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to engage diverse learners and build a culture of continuous learning.

Required Skills:
Microsoft Power Platform including experience of entity customisation form scripting using JavaScript and development of workflows and plugins. Power Automate SQL Server building queries creating data structures (Were not looking for a DBA!) PowerBI report development PowerApps Portals (inc Liquid & JavaScript development) Desirable but not required: C# (or equivalent) experience with the ability to contribute to technical architecture solution development unit testing.
