Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Were looking for a Junior CRM & Marketing Automation Assistant to join our team. This is an ideal role for someone who is motivated detail-oriented and eager to grow their skills in marketing automation and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and optimizing CRM workflows to support business operations sales and marketing.
Support the setup and refinement of automated campaigns to nurture leads and boost engagement.
Troubleshoot and research solutions when challenges arisefinding ways to make things work instead of waiting for answers.
Collaborate with different teams to align workflows with business goals.
Help manage integrations with third-party tools especially through automation platforms like Zapier.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8 AM 5 PM Eastern Time

Requirements

Basic experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Zoho Monday GoHighLevel Zapier Trello Notion or similar).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
English (B2 level)
12 years of relevant experience preferred but motivated juniors are welcome.
Familiarity with Google Suite and basic reporting/analytics.
Bonus: knowledge of HTML CSS SQL or AMPscrip.

Additional Information

This is a contractor position. The selected individual will be responsible for their own social security and taxes in accordance with Colombian legislation.
