Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Assist in managing and optimizing CRM workflows to support business operations sales and marketing.
- Support the setup and refinement of automated campaigns to nurture leads and boost engagement.
- Troubleshoot and research solutions when challenges arisefinding ways to make things work instead of waiting for answers.
- Collaborate with different teams to align workflows with business goals.
- Help manage integrations with third-party tools especially through automation platforms like Zapier.
Requirements
- Basic experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Zoho Monday GoHighLevel Zapier Trello Notion or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
- English (B2 level)
- 12 years of relevant experience preferred but motivated juniors are welcome.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and basic reporting/analytics.
- Bonus: knowledge of HTML CSS SQL or AMPscrip.

Additional Information
This is a contractor position. The selected individual will be responsible for their own social security and taxes in accordance with Colombian legislation.
