The Opportunity
As an Occupational Therapist youll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services both in-clinic and in the community. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in a dynamic healthcare setting. Their Gisborne clinic is equipped to deliver high-quality in-clinic and community-based services backed by a commitment to professional development team culture and innovative approaches to rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver rehabilitation programmes for in-clinic and community settings.
  • Work closely with allied health professionals to provide integrated client-centred care.
  • Produce comprehensive reports detailing client capabilities objectives and evidence-based interventions.
  • Effectively manage appointments and tasks using diary management software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors of Occupational Therapy
  • Eligibility to apply for registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of New Zealand.
  • Strong time management and caseload prioritisation skills.
  • Valid drivers licence for community-based rehabilitation work.
  • Exceptional communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members.
