Job Title: LETTINGS LISTER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Residential Lettings
Location: Crawley RH10
Salary: OTE 50000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

Our client is seeking a skilled and driven Lettings Valuer / Lister to join their busy Crawley office. The ideal candidate will have strong business development ability and a proven track record of winning instructions.
Knowledge of the local area and an ARLA qualification would be highly advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about lettings motivated by results and eager to progress their career with a respected independent agency.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Generating new business and securing high-quality instructions
- Conducting market appraisals and valuations for residential lettings
- Managing and listing properties on behalf of landlords
- Providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
- Building and maintaining strong relationships in the local market
- Collaborating with the lettings team to meet and exceed targets
- Contributing to the continued growth of the lettings business
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Lister
- Strong valuation and instruction-winning track record
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service ability
- Professional ambitious and self-motivated approach
- Well-presented energetic and personable
- Local knowledge of Crawley (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- ARLA qualification (beneficial)
