Job Summary
Were seeking ahands-on Staff DevOps Engineerto own architecture automation and scaleout of our Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Youll work closely with software engineers to deliverAI-ready production-grade systemsthat are secure resilient and built for speed.

What Youll Do
- Architect automate and scale secure infrastructure onGoogle Cloud Platform.
- Build and maintainCI/CD pipelinesfor rapid reliable delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to designproduction-ready AI/ML systems.
- Monitor optimize and secure all environments forperformance uptime and scalability.
What Were Looking For:
Experience
- 10 yearsin DevOps Infrastructure SRE or Platform Engineering (hands-on IC).
- Startup experience (early-stage preferred). Additional background at larger tech companies (e.g. Shopify) is a plus.
- Deep expertise withGCP (compute networking storage security).
- Proven experience integratingAI/ML systems in production.
- Bonus: Founder/CTO background or 5 years at a successful startup.
Skills
- CI/CD containerization automated testing.

- Distributed systems & cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Database & infra stack:Postgres Turbopuffer OpenAI.
