| Duties and Responsibilities | PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES(Accountabilities associated with the job) To achieve collection targets assigned to the territory by meeting collection target for the area assigned. Meeting the Target on Cost of Collections. Ensuring meeting PI Targets within cost limit specified. Guideline on steps to be followed for surrender / repossession of vehicle and stock yard management. Ensuring legal guidelines are complied for entire Debt Management Services structure in letter and sprits. Ensure that the debt management service agencies and executives adhere to the DMS Compliance guidelines. Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.
