Join us as a Merchant Engagement Administrator and youll be a big part of this.
Role Purpose: The Merchant Engagement Administrator is an execution-focused role responsible for building and deploying engagement campaigns to support seller communications across the B&Q Marketplace. Focused on technical setup testing and scheduling of communication ensuring agile timely and accurate delivery. Content and messaging are provided by internal teams your responsibility is to ensure it reaches the right sellers in the right format on time. Youll play an operational role in keeping communications running smoothly and efficiently.
Whats the job
- Triage engagement request per channels and maintain the Asana board.
- Build test and schedule merchant-facing campaigns using Pardot (including email Mirakl..)
- Build Maintain and update email templates contact lists and engagement reports
- Conduct testing (subject lines formatting links) to ensure high-quality campaign delivery
- Maintain tone of voice and brands guidelines.
What we need:
- Basic understanding of email marketing best practices
- Comfortable working with digital tools; experience with Pardot Salesforce or other email platforms is a plus
- Ability to follow structured processes and timelines
- Prior experience in a marketing admin or communications support role is an advantage but not required
