Job Description

As Marketing Manager at Aemeralds you are the driving force behind bringing our artists music to the world. From playlist promotion and influencer partnerships to developing new ways of spotlighting our artists youll shape how audiences discover and connect with their music. This is a hands-on role where youll take charge of every stage of the process from analyzing trends and performance data to running ad campaigns and designing creative marketing assets.

Youll join a small passionate and dedicated team taking on a role that will naturally evolve and expand as the label continues to grow and moves into new genres. Your work and ideas will directly shape which genres Aemeralds explores and how effectively it supports and scales emerging artists helping to build long-lasting careers.

Were looking for someone wheo is a quick learner and can easily grasp new information and immediately develop it further. To join our team you should have a positive enthusiastic and curious mindset and be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a clear overview.

Tasks

  • Create and oversee ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook and TikTok.
  • Develop advertising strategies including the target audience analysis and the ad-creative concepts.
  • Conduct playlist research and come up with new playlist suggestions based on data.
  • Work with and coordinate social media influencers to expand Aemeralds network and create viral momentum for tracks on social media.
  • Find niche social media trends and work on creative ways to use those trends for artist and song promotion.

Requirements

  • 3 years experience in performance marketing (Meta TikTok Google).
  • Experience in developing creative visual content from graphic design in Photoshop to video editing.
  • Strong foundation in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Always up-to-date with social media developments with an analytical perspective.
