Job Description

Community Association Manager (PT) - HOAMCO (Redmond WA)
Join our warmwelcoming and vibrant community in RedmondWashington as a Part-Time Community Association Manager! This hybrid role offers 2 days onsite and 3 days remote providing flexibility while fostering strong community supervision ofthe VicePresidentyoulloverseedaily operations support community valuesand actasaliaisonto ensure resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Leadership:
Serveinakeyleadership roletobuildandmaintaincommunity connections.
Provideadvisory support totheboardforlong-term planning goal-setting andpolicymaking.
Act as liaison between HOAMCO and the community.
Effective Communication and Relationship Management:
Communicate proactively with board membersresidents and staff.
Facilitate regular meetings and develop professional relationships with the Board of Directors.
Processcorrespondence andrespond toinquiries timely andprofessionally.
Daily Operations andAssetManagement:
Overseedaily operations maintenanceandmanagement ofcommunity assets.
Maintain records including legal documents contracts meeting minutes and member rosters.
FacilitateandattendAssociationmeetings; prepare boardpackets agendas andreports. Oversee service contractors negotiate contracts obtain bids and ensure adherence to procedures.
Inspect common areas twice monthly and recommend repairs/replacements.
Develop maintenanceprograms andschedules.
Governance and Community Standards:
Uphold standardsper lawsCC&Rsanddesign guidelines.
Oversee architectural review and CC&R compliance processes.
Liability andRiskManagement:
Ensure insurance policies comply with governing documents and laws.
Implement riskmanagement programs andverify contractordocumentation.
Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
Assist in preparing annual budgets; monitor operating and reserve funds.
Reviewfinancialpackages prepare variancereports andevaluatecost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent experience.
CMCA or higher management designation preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years as a CAM
Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
Pay Range: $75k - $80k/Annually
Schedule: 20 Hours/Weekly - This is a hybrid position
