Position: Operations Manager

Position Overview:
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. You will work closely with the senior management team to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet production demands
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication
- Oversee the hiring and training of new employees
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor and control operational expenses
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to constantly improve operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field is preferred but not Required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
- Knowledge of production and inventory management systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred but not required
