What Youll Do
As a Test Lead/Manager at KJR you wont just tick the QA box. Youll:
- Lead inspire and mentor high-performing testing teams.
- Shape test strategies that tackle complex high-stakes projects.
- Be the trusted advisor to stakeholders helping them deliver better technology outcomes.
- Drive innovation in testing processes tools and methodologies.
- Balance hands-on leadership with the big-picture strategy.
Every project is different which means your role will never feel repetitive. Youll have the chance to work across industries that mattergovernment finance health energy and more.
Who Were Looking For
Wed love to hear from you if youre someone who:
- Holds Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship (essential for this role).
- Has proven experience leading testing initiatives and teams.
- Knows their way around testing frameworks methodologies and tools.
- Communicates clearly and confidently with stakeholders.
- Thrives in collaboration and enjoys mentoring others.
- Can see both the fine detail and the big picture.
