Job Summary
The Bilingual In Community Program Specialist supports the planning direction implementation and supervision of Tims Camps Community Programs which take place at schools and /or community group spaces in their designated region. The Bilingual In Community Program Specialist is responsible for ensuring participants have a positive high quality program experience for long term impact. This role will ensure a focus on high quality program facilitation and delivery for maximum impact. The Bilingual In Community Program Specialist role applies their knowledge of youth development outdoor and experiential education program quality systems and demonstrated excellence in coaching and facilitation to provide direction coaching and support to their direct reports and the youth we serve.
*This position will deliver programming in French and English. Bilingual in French and English is required.

Work location
QUEBEC: Daily travel is required within the assigned geographic area (Montreal). This role will work remotely from Montreal. Travel beyond the primary geographic region will be required. Occasional travel will be required to the Home Office located in St. George Ontario.
Employment type
This is a full-time permanent position. This role is expected to undergo a temporary seasonal lay-off each year. The specific lay-off dates will be determined based on operational needs and will typically fall between July and August.
