The Role
We are looking for a high-energy Account Executive to drive growth in our IRM/GRC practice in the domestic and U.S. market. If you have a successful track record in SaaS Risk or Compliance solution sales and are ready to step into more complex enterprise-level deals this is your opportunity.
Youll own the end-to-end sales cyclefrom prospecting to closureworking closely with compliance officers risk managers and C-level stakeholders to position ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions as a catalyst for compliance excellence.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment enjoys collaborating with technical experts and wants to grow with a company making waves in the GRC space.
Key Responsibilities
Identify prospect and develop new business opportunities in the Compliance Governance and Environmental domains.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with CXOs Compliance Officers and Business Leaders.
Develop tailored proposals and solutions in collaboration with our consulting teams.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas of expansion.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
36 years of SaaS/Enterprise sales experience ideally in Governance Risk Compliance or related solutions for Healthcare or Pharma or Banking or Insurance preferred.
Proven success in mid-market or enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Strong consultative selling approach with ability to run executive-level conversations.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern sales tech stack.
Exposure to Finance or Healthcare or Pharma or Life Science - good to have.
