Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and configure ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications including Policies Controls Risks Issues Audits and Workflows
Implement automation integrations and Reporting/Performance Analytics
Participate in requirement analysis solution design and technical documentation
Work closely with architects and cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions
Optimize and enhance existing GRC implementations for performance and scalability
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Experience:
26 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules
Strong understanding of Governance Risk & Compliance frameworks
Experience with UI Policies Client Scripts Business Rules Workflows Flow Designer
Knowledge of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) preferred
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
ServiceNow Certifications (IRM/GRC CSA CAD) are a plus
