Homebot is a Homeownership Platform for Lenders Real Estate & Insurance Agents that drives client retention and referrals. Homebots special sauce is that it helps homeowners and homebuyers (aka: our customers clients) to build wealth through homeownership. Our customers include Mortgage Lenders Real Estate Agents Banks Credit Unions Loan Servicers Insurance agencies and Title Companies.
Were launching a new Insurance & Title Sales team and are in need of a driven optimistic and coachable founding Account Executive to spearhead growth in these this high-velocity transactional sales role you will focus on selling Homebots platform to small and mid-sized property & casualty (P&C) insurance agencies and title companies driving new business in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong closer who thrives on hitting goals in a quick sales cycle and is adept with CRM tools and outbound sales strategies. Familiarity with the P&C insurance title or residential real estate industries is a huge plus.
As one of the first AEs dedicated to this market youll not only close deals but also act as the voice of the customer providing insights to our marketing product and strategy teams on customer objections messaging resonance and product-market fit to shape our go-to-market motion.
This is a full-time position based in our Denver CO office. We operate on a hybrid work model youll be expected to be in-office on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

We are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation including skills qualifications and professional experience which can cause your compensation to vary. This role has an annual targeted base salary of $55000$80000 plus uncapped commission. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role range from $130000 to $160000 with significant upside potential for overachievement.
