Salary London ranging from 87300 to 125000 and National ranging from 79400 to 114000 (Salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

We are seeking an experienced public procurement and commercial lawyer and people leader who thrives in a fastmoving environment and wants to make a tangible impact on millions of people who use financial services.

The role is for the manager of the Operations Legal team in the FCAs Legal Division. The team undertakes a wide range of operational (commercial) legal work. It provides operational legal advice and support to the Operations division and business areas across the FCA on: public procurement general commercial law data protection finance & business services cyber & information resilience technology & innovation communications corporate responsibility and HR.

The Operations Legal Team is at the heart of much of the FCAs operational decision making and affords a holistic overview of the FCAs operation as a business.
