Are you a compassionate reliable and self-motivated individual looking to make a meaningful impact in your community NCSS is seeking full-time Residential Support Staffto join our dedicated and supportive teams within our 24/7 Residential Programs. These programs serve adults with severe and persistent mental illness offering person-centered care in stable therapeutic living environments.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Creating a safe respectful and supportive home environment
- Assisting residents with daily living skills including hygiene meal preparation and household routines
- Implementing individualized strength-based interventions and support plans
- Supporting residents in community activities and social engagement
- Administering medications and maintaining accurate documentation
- Communicating effectively with team members supervisors and clinical staff
- Driving clients to appointments or community outings using personal vehicle
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience working in residential settings or with individuals with mental health needs
- Is calm under pressure organized and a clear communicator
- Brings empathy patience and a commitment to supporting others in their recovery journey
- Holds a valid drivers license and has reliable transportation
- Is open to a variety of shifts including evenings weekends and overnights
Current Available Shifts:
- Thursdays 12AM - 6AM
- Thursday through Saturday 6PM - 6AM

EOEHiring rate is based on experience education and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined in accordance with NCSS policy and applicable laws.
Qualifications
Associates Degree; or equivalent combination of related education training and experience such as relevant certificate from college or technical school.
