JOB TITLE: HR Admin
The HR Admin supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department by handling administrative tasks maintaining employee records and assisting with HR processes such as onboardingand recruitment coordination. This role ensures accuracy confidentiality and efficiency in all HR functions while providing excellent internal customer service to staff and leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meeting and Greeting all visitors
- Answering and forwarding calls
- Assist with new hire onboardingand offboarding processes.
- Keeping the front desk area and other meeting rooms tidy
- Sorting and distributing employee files and paperwork
- Maintain document email inbox
- Record all communication in DSPC Salesforce platform
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6 months of office experience or related industry experience
- Pass Federal Background check
- Calm and patient demeanor
- Well-spoken
- Good Writing skills
- Excellent administrative skills
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Always conduct themselves in a professional manner
- Promote highest level of respect and kindness to our Visitors
- Monitor and respond to all communications in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively within the office
- Bring all escalated issues to supervisor before making decisions that would be outside our standard operating procedures.
- Attend company functions and greet clients
- Abide by HIPAA rules and regulations
- Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined by DSPC management team
