The HR Generalist will support the full employee lifecycle including recruiting onboarding benefits administration compliance and employee relations. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and leadership ensuring HR operations run smoothly while helping foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented proactive and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. This is an in-person full time role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR administration policies and employee support
Oversee time and attendance PTO and compliance using HRIS systems (ADP or similar)
Handle recruiting and onboarding including job postings interviews offers and orientations
Administer benefits 401k FMLA and compliance requirements
Support employee engagement recognition programs and feedback initiatives
Prepare HR reports and assist with disciplinary actions and terminations
Serve as a resource to leadership on HR processes and best practices
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of HR experience (Generalist or Coordinator level)
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems
Strong knowledge of HR processes labor laws and compliance
Excellent organizational communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and think proactively
Prior in-office HR experience required
