Youll work closely with the leadership team contributing to process development business operations and recruitment automation.

Internship Role: Project Product & Operations Management

In this role youll gain real-world experience in managing projects developing internal processes and improving product workflows all while playing a key part in shaping how M365Connect scales its operations.

What Youll Be Doing:

Project & Product Management

• Assist in defining project scopes & objectives to improve our recruitment operations.
• Help in process automation & workflow optimization leveraging AI and digital tools.
• Work on task prioritization & resource allocation for ongoing projects.
• Support in product development efforts identifying ways to enhance our recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to refine internal dashboards and tracking tools.
• Contribute to market research & competitor analysis for strategic product planning.

Operations & Business Management

• Document processes to standardize operations (SOPs SOWs etc.).
• Identify bottlenecks in recruitment & onboarding and propose solutions.
• Engage with clients vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline workflows.
• Support the automation of candidate & client management to enhance efficiency.
• Track key metrics and ensure project alignment with company objectives.
