Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Initiate plan and lead the quarterly health and wellness programs of Azeus
- Provide basic healthcare services/first aid treatment
- Daily health monitoring and update of sick employees
- Liase with the health and insurance provider for any concerns on services and reimbursement claims
- Conducts daily office routine inspection to ensure minimum to zero occupational risks/hazards
- Does home visits to sick employees as the need arises
- Checks and validates medical certificates
- Maintains employee health records
- Facilitates the Annual Medical Exam (AME) and recommends appropriate interventions
- Ensures DOLE OSH and DOH compliance
- Purchase and inventory of medical equipment and medicines
- Submits accurate monthly quarterly and annual health & safety reports & analysis
- Assists in HR & Admin functions and/or in any tasks assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- At least one (1) year experience as a company nurse with valid professional license
- First Aid & OHNAP-BOSH Training an advantage
