Job Summary
Our client is a leading company specializing in the manufacturing and installation of high-quality furniture stairways flooring timber wood products & accessories construction equipment aluminum profiles & accessories roofing stainless steel & steel work.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of their Custom Carpentry section. This mid-management role requires hands-on leadership client interaction and operational oversight to ensure smooth production and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their carpentry needs and project requirements.
Take accurate on-site measurements for custom projects.
Prepare and issue detailed quotes.
Lead and manage a team of carpenters and helpers assigning tasks based on team capacity and project deadlines.
Oversee the maintenance of machinery tools and inventory to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure quality control throughout the production process.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
Proven experience in carpentry custom furniture and furniture installation.
Ability to manage teams delegate work and meet project timelines.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
Experience with section machinery and inventory management is a plus.
