Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations expanding to 4 states / 11 locations. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting HR policies supporting employee relations recruitment compliance training and performance management.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting & On-boarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Coordinate with department heads to define job requirements.
Source candidates through job portals agencies and referrals.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
Prepare offer letters contracts and on-boarding documentation.
Ensure smooth on-boarding and orientation for new hires.
