We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly scaling healthcare services organization that operates multi-site care delivery programs and virtual health initiatives. The company is expanding quickly across multiple states and is seeking a Vice President of Finance to build robust financial models strengthen revenue cycle analytics and provide clear insight into service-line and clinic-level performance. This is a hands-on role for a finance leader who can partner with executives to drive growth investment readiness and operational excellence.
Key Requirements:
- 610 years of progressive finance experience including healthcare exposure
- 35 years specifically in health systems payers or healthcare SaaS/services finance
- Strong expertise in accrual-based financial modeling and three-statement models
- Direct experience working with EHR/billing data and revenue cycle management
- Proven ability to break down financial performance by clinic service line and provider units
- Background in healthcare consulting investment banking or private equity a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $150K200K (depending on experience)
- Equity participation with growth trajectory into CFO role
- Bonus structure tied to company and individual performance
