Job Summary
JulsHomes Property Development Company is a real estate company licensed in September 2019 with real estate development sales and servicing as our primary interests. Our key objective is to become the most affordable sort after real estate company in Africa. This we want to achieve by providing cost effective products and services while also being socially conscious. We have a team of dynamic and seasoned professionals with excellent track record for customer satisfaction competence and prompt delivery who act in the best interest of our Clients at all time developing and sustaining mutually beneficial relationships with them while also placing a high premium on effective delivery of services identifying both seen and unseen needs of our clients guaranteeing effective service delivery.
Tasks
- Constant Sales training.
- Free events for lead generation.
- Earn a 10% commission on every sale made .
- Maintain win-win mutually beneficial personal relationships with all clients and relevant stakeholders on behalf of Julshomes.
Requirements
1. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel
2. Good interpersonal skills
3. Ability to multi-task and manage several priorities.
Location Preference: You must be residing in Lagos Island for you to be considered.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Ond with experience in the same or similar industry (real estate).
