Frasers Hospitality is looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join the team at Fraser Suites Abuja. As Guest Relations Executive you willplay a lead role in creating a positive guest experience throughout a guests stay.This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork standards and guest experience.
What you will be doing as Guest Relations Executive:
- Welcome guests on arrival during their stay and at check-out ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Actively listen to guest needs and provide effective solutions escalating issues to the Guest Relation Manager when necessary.
- Prepare VIP amenity sheets and coordinate the distribution of amenities welcome letters and hampers based on guest categories.
- Promote hotel services venues and dining outlets to guests providing accurate information and recommendations.
- Anticipate guest needs build rapport and ensure personalised service for special guests.
- Maintain and update daily internal logs guest preferences and history in Opera ensuring accurate records.
- Liaise with Housekeeping and F&B teams to deliver a seamless and comfortable guest experience.
- Record and analyse guest feedback from various sources including direct interactions and online platforms.
- Celebrate guest birthdays anniversaries and special occasions ensuring memorable experiences.
- Uphold professional standards in communication body language and telephone etiquette while maintaining an active presence in the hotel lobby.

You have proven experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills. You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer experience. You will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who all share the same passion to create memories that our guests will remember. You have a hands-on attitude with attention to detail and experience in working in professional kitchens.
