People Management - work in an office furniture manufacturing facility managing a team of 8.

Manage engineering team including drafters BOM processor and CNC Programmer.

Experienced in custom office furniture design and manufacturing.

Ability to standardize drawings and processes / create SOPs.

Flexible and able to excel in a team environment.

Excellent analytical thinker and problem solver.

Degree and or 5 years of experience.
