Job Summary
Requirements
4 years of full-stack engineering experience (Senior/L4 level strongly preferred)
- 2 years of meaningful tenure at a company backed by top-tier venture capital firms such as:Greylock a16z Sequoia Lightspeed Bessemer Benchmark Kleiner Perkins General Catalyst First Round Khosla Ventures Redpoint or similar
- Experience working in high-bar engineering organizations including:FAANG well-known unicorns or venture-funded startups recognized by TechCrunch
- Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes such as:Built X product/feature improved Y metric by Z%
Early-stage startup experience (Series AC) or having worked as a founder/co-founder is a strong plus
Experience building scaling or optimizing core platform product or infrastructure systems
Education
Bachelors degree (BS/Undergrad) in Computer Science or related engineering field
Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
React experience is mandatory (this is a non-negotiable requirement)
TypeScript or server-side engineering experience preferred
Strong expertise in at least one domain:
Frontend (UI React performance design systems)
Backend (APIs databases distributed systems)
Infrastructure/Cloud (DevOps scalability CI/CD system reliability)
Active open-source contributions or personal projects demonstrating engineering depth
Experience shipping production-grade code with clean architecture and strong fundamentals
Soft Skills
High emotional intelligence with strong developer empathy
Excellent communication able to simplify complex technical concepts
Strong cross-team collaboration and problem-solving mindset
High EQ patience and clarity when working with technical stakeholders
Required Skills:
React is mandatory TypeScript / / Cloud-Infra knowledge preferred Strong depth in one or more areas: Frontend (UI performance design systems) Backend (APIs databases distributed systems) Infra/Cloud (scaling reliability DevOps) Open-source contributions or strong GitHub portfolio is a bonus
