Job Summary

Job Description - IT Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the IT department and ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services.
Manage and monitor the performance of the IT team providing guidance and support as needed.
Develop and implement IT policies procedures and standards to ensure security and reliability of systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT issues and improve processes.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including hardware software servers and networks.
Ensure compliance with companys IT governance framework and industry best practices.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT products and services.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IT technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance productivity.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience in IT operations management.
Strong knowledge of IT systems infrastructure and operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Desired Experience:

Experience in managing IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management practices.
Experience with cloud computing virtualization and network security.
Certifications in IT management or related fields.
