Our Client is on a mission to make clean affordable energy accessible to everyone. We install rooftop solar systems for homes businesses and factories - unlocking savings and sustainability without the upfront cost. Backed by top investors (we just raised $1.85m) were scaling fast and looking for hungry creative builders to help us accelerate growth.

Role Description

Growth is the heartbeat of a startup. At Our Company weve tried experiments across different channels and learned new insights from each one about how businesses think about energy.

Your role will be to build on these experiments double down on what works and scale new approaches. As our Growth Associate youll be at the intersection of marketing sales and product -experimenting optimizing and executing strategies that fuel customer acquisition and revenue. Youll work directly with our founder and roll up your sleeves to test bold ideas analyze data and own initiatives that directly move the needle.

What youll do

• Run experiments: Design and execute growth campaigns across digital offline and partnership channels
• Talk to customers: Meet households businesses and factories to understand their needs and explain our solar solution
• Fuel sales pipeline: Work hand-in-hand with the team to generate qualified leads and convert them
• Hack creatively: Find unconventional ways to grow - whether thats a viral campaign referral engine or local partnerships
• Get things done: Work with our team our partners and our customers to make things happen fast
• Keep the engine running: Jump in to support internal business development and key operational functions from streamlining processes to making sure the team has what they need to keep moving

What we look for in you:

• Sales drive - youre energized by talking to people handling objections and winning them over
• Customer-first mindset - youre confident speaking with business owners decision-makers and households and you know how to build trust quickly
• Hustle and resilience - you thrive in fast-paced unstructured environments.
• Available full-time in HCMC and willing to travel to meet potential customers and partners in and around HCMC

Location: District 1 HCMC (on-site with occasional travel)
