Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Manage and coordinate large-scale real estate or industrial manufacturing projects from planning through execution and completion.
Ensure projects are delivered in line with scope timeline budget and quality standards.

Investment & Deal Advisory

Provide advisory support on investment deals including feasibility studies financial evaluations and risk assessments to support managements strategic decisions.

Financial Analysis & Modeling

Review and analyze financial statements and project financial models to assess performance investment viability and potential improvement areas.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with clients contractors regulators and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management

Identify project and investment risks and develop practical mitigation strategies to safeguard project outcomes.

Reporting & Presentation

Prepare and deliver project progress reports financial analyses and risk updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

37 years of experience in deal advisory or management consulting at a Big 4 / Big 3 consulting firm top-tier or second-tier bank or reputable financial institution preferably within real estate or industrial manufacturing sectors.
Bachelors degree in Finance Banking Economics or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of financial statements investment analysis and financial modeling.
Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements independently.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
