The User Acquisition Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing our profitable global multi-channel user acquisition strategy. You will lead a high-performing UA team overseeing optimization across all major ad platforms and networks. This role requires an expert to leverage performance data (ROAS ARPU) to maximize campaign efficiency build strong external partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure UA efforts achieve significant business and revenue scale.
What Youll Do
- Plan manage and optimize multi-channel user acquisition campaigns across key platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads Tiktok AppLovin Mintegral Moloco Liftoff UnityLevelPlay and other ad networks.
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing UA team ensuring operational excellence consistent skill growth and strong execution across campaigns.
- Drive performance optimization by analyzing key metrics including CPI ROAS ARPU Retention rates and cohort behaviors at the channel campaign and geo level to maximize efficiency and scale.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with ad networks platforms and strategic vendors to gain insights negotiate opportunities and stay ahead of new features and betas.
- Refine and enhance UA processes tools and workflows ensuring scalability accuracy and constant improvement in campaign management.
- Collaborate closely with Product Monetization Creative and Data teams to align goals influence product direction and strengthen overall growth performance.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities identifying emerging trends and opportunities to refine UA strategy.
Who You Are
- 4 years of hands-on user acquisition experience in mobile gaming or apps.
- 2 years of team leadership or people management experience with proven ability to coach motivate and build a high-performing UA team.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in Hybrid Casual Casual or IAP-driven growth models.
- Deep technical understanding of the mobile growth ecosystem including MMPs (e.g. AppsFlyer Adjust) mediation platforms analytics tools SDK ad networks and DSPs.
- Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to turn complex insights into actionable strategy.
- Self-motivated and outcome-oriented capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced evolving environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
