The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will design develop and maintain scalable back-end systems that leverage advanced technologies. As a Senior Associate you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote quality deliverables while mentoring junior engineers and applying GenAI tools to enhance productivity and quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Design and develop scalable back-end systems using advanced technologies

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field

- 4 years of experience in back-end engineering

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Proficiency in NestJS and MongoDB

- Experience integrating with Azure cloud services

- Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs

- Hands-on experience using GenAI tools

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub workflows

- Familiarity with observability tools like DataDog

- Mentoring junior engineers through code reviews

- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
